This used mobile knife steriliser is a stainless steel, floor standing unit mounted on heavy-duty swivel castors, designed for hygienic knife sterilisation in abattoirs, butchery departments and meat processing facilities.

The unit has been tested and is supplied complete with cable and plug. It features a single knife steriliser chamber with a metal knife insert for safe immersion and heat sterilisation.

Fitted with new swivel wheels (two with locking brakes), the unit can be easily repositioned within processing areas while maintaining stability during operation.
